When you post or go to reply, when you are in the box you type in, look to the top of the box right hand side. There you will see three boxes. One has "spell check" on it the next is "add a link" and the third "add an emoticon". When you want to add a website, just click the "add a link" box and a new box will open on the left of your screen. Type the address or cut and paste into it and then click the "add a link" on the new screen.

The address will show blue until you post. Once you post the link will go red. I always check to make sure the link will work once it is posted. If there is an error you hit the edit button and go back through the steps as above.

Once you have done it a few times you will see how easy it is!!!

No foods that have more than 3 ingredients that I can not pronounce.

If an item has more than 10 ingredients it is too processed, I will not eat or buy the item.

You make a great point. Overeating, overbuying - both are ineffective coping skills. It takes time to unlearn the patterns that we have spent years teaching ourselves. So be patient with yourself and have fun on the site - welcome!

Glad I found this group. So great to meet new people at spark! I have been isolated so long! Iam 61, grandmother, at home, disabled with bipolar condition, a writer self-published at Amazon, I like to read and have just created a reading group called Simple Living Reading Group at Sparkpeople! all invited. Glad to be here! I am really into saving money along with losing weight and i consider overeating and overspending to be the same thing: over consuming! sarah
