Hi. I've been with sparkpeople quite awhile now. I have been fighting to lose the 10 or so pounds that I gained over Christmas so my August goal is to get 5 of it off.
How by exercising at least 5 times a week for at least 30 minutes, tracking my food and drinking water. I'll be turning 50 in February so my goal is to be a healthy weight by then. I haven't set a official goal but thinking between 135 and 140.
A day at a time and I will reach my goal. I am not perfect but I will forgive myself for the mistakes I make. Life is full of choices and sometimes we don't always make the best ones but that's what makes us human.
