Welcome to the Team & SP Shana!
You are doing a great job on setting goals and exercise goals. You will have those days of losing stream BUT! You have the right idea in being the Little Train but, remember Just remember the story of the Tortes and the Hare as there will be times that you will stay the same and you would go up or down. Don't worry it will all work out.
We look forward to getting to know you better though our Chats and Challenges. We hope you come and join us. Here are the links to both:

Congratulations!!! you have gotten awesome results. Perhaps, since you mentioned losing motivation, it is time to reward yourself - in a non food way. Many times we all tend to put ourselves last. You should find something special to reward your hard work. Perhaps a spa day, a hair cut, a new outfit or pair of sneakers. Do something nice for yourself since you have worked so hard. If you feel guilty about the expense, just think of how much you have saved on junk food since you started your journey!!
I've been part of SP since the beginning of the year, but I've been lurking. So I'm stepping out of the shadows to say hello!
I'm having great success so far - 20 pounds lost, 31 inches, even had to buy some new clothes! The best part is I'm making lifestyle changes. I'm working out everyday and making healthy choices in what I eat. (Ah donut, you are NOT my friend! You are in fact killing me.)
Losing steam though, lol. I think I can, I think I can...
