Hi Everyone:
I am new to this team but not new to frugal living, For many years I only bought what was on sale, food, clothes, shoes and always with a coupon if possible.
For the past 10 years I have become familar with thrift stores and buy what I need for the home there. I feel that it is new to me and as I par-take in this life of loosing weight. I can afford more clothes as I loose.
At this writing I no longer fit a 3X Yeah!!!!!! emoticon And to get out of debt I have always had the habit of paying me first even if it was 25 dollars that went into the bank account for those raining days.

Went to a gym nearby and because of my age my weight goal has changed. What a wonderful thing to have you fat percentage measured. Scary but wonderful I am trying to think out of the box more.

One of the best bits of frugal advice I can offer is take a portion of your paycheck and stick it in your savings account for all the unexpected things that come up in everybody's life like car repair and dental bills. Even if it's a small amount, it will be there to ease the strain a bit and it will become a habit.

We are glad you found us. If you are living in the northern hemisphere, now is the time you can try to grow some of your own produce, which would help with your grocery bill. Even if you have to use a pot garden. My daughter raises lettuce in oblong containers.

Hey there! I was excited to find this sparkteam because my two big goals right now are to lose weight and clean up the financial disaster I call my bank account. I tend to live paycheck to paycheck, and have a decent amount of debt I should be working on. Throw in a couple credit cards, and yeah, I'm a mess. Looking forward to meeting you guys and learning all your tips and tricks!
