Good luck! The food and exercise trackers really help.

Take it one day and one week at a time. Keeping going after the first week may be your big challenge. Chat with the team for encouragement to keep going.

Welcome! It sounds like you are motivated now. Don't think of the last three years with regret. You can't change the past but you can control your future. Start with new energy. Take advantage of all Sparks offers. I think the trackers are great incentives to stay on track. It's okay if you slip once in awhile. Most of us do. The important thing is that you continue moving forward. You can reach your goals!

I am so tired of food completely ruling my life and never feeling good about myself. Gaining 60 lbs in 3 years is beyond aweful and I am apalled that I let it get this far. I consistently say that I will lose weight and do eat pretty well and excercise for maybe a week...and before I know it I'm back to my old ways. No more. I want to be proud of my body and my health. Nothing worth having ever came easy, I just hope i can find the positive energy and motivation within myself to keep going.
