I am so tired of food completely ruling my life and never feeling good about myself. Gaining 60 lbs in 3 years is beyond aweful and I am apalled that I let it get this far. I consistently say that I will lose weight and do eat pretty well and excercise for maybe a week...and before I know it I'm back to my old ways. No more. I want to be proud of my body and my health. Nothing worth having ever came easy, I just hope i can find the positive energy and motivation within myself to keep going.
