My name is Marcy and I'm brand new to Spark People. I am so excited about all of the opportunities to succeed here! I just turned 40 and would love to spend this first year in my 40's "cleaning house" of bad habits and replacing them with winning habits. I weigh 193, have pre-diabetes, take medication for blood pressure, and am a couch potato. I teach middle school so I need to be fit and energetic! I'm ready for change, ready to put things right.
