I think you are very wise to get this under control now. The last thing you need to do is gain 30 lbs over a pregnancy and then go from a borderline diabetic to a gestational diabetic. If that happens you have upped your risks terribly. No matter, you have some great reasons to drop the weight so I hope that you find the support here at Spark that you need to become the healthier person that you wish to become!!!!
No foods with high fructose corn syrup, sugar, rice syrup, corn syrup, fructose, sucrose etc. in the first three ingredients.
No foods that have more than 3 ingredients that I can not pronounce.
If an item has more than 10 ingredients it is too processed, I will not eat or buy the item.

I am 204 lbs was told I'm very close to being a borderline diabetic. I work a lot and always say I don't have time to exercise . I'm going to change that and not to eat fast food anymore. Another downfall of mine. I am trying to become pregnant and will have to take fertility pill. The OBGYN would like me to lose at least 10 lbs to see if that helps with the diabetic thing. I would love to be down to 150 160lbs. That is a long term goal. Thanks for taking the time to read my post and off we go to a new me.
