I find the spark nutrition tracker to be an educational tool. Be honest with it & you will see where you need to improve.

I have found that without exercise, I don't make progress.

I'm new to this. I found SP by accident...and so glad I did! I'm 47 with one boy 17 and another boy 13. Busy busy I've fluctuated with weight ever since I had my first baby. I can't seem to find a stable place. Five years ago I finally got somewhat stable. In October I gained 30 lbs in 40 days. I kept thinking since it came on so quick, it would go away just as quick if I was careful. It didnt so I'm anxious to work with the food tracker to see what I'm doing to cause these fluctuations. So here I go.
