The big thing, is don't let one poor choice or a couple days of poor choices derail you. Pick yourself back up and start where you are at.

I signed up to be a SparkPeople 4 days ago, and would like to introduce myself. My name is Susan, I'm 52 and am overweight by at least 35 pounds! I have no real motivation to lose weight, and I feel very sluggish and wonder "who gives a damn?". Any ideas on ways to get myself motivated would be appreciated!!
