Be sure that you are not cutting your calories too deeply. Plan a low calorie snack every two hours. I just ate an apple to keep from eating empty calories.
It may have be 125 calories, but it wasn't anything found in a snack machine.

i usually diet then pig out and this seems to be good so far ive exercised a lot and eaten right foods :D
