For SP challenges, I think you can see your options under the Community tab (above in menu bar) and select Spark Teams. to the team. We are a friendly group. When you have time, we hope you start a SPARK PAGE, but that is optional. Please come back often. There are a lot of people who enjoy the Chat thread. Others prefer the CHALLENGE thread, etc. You can earn a lot of spark points for the day with our games, etc.

Hello to the team mates here I heard about SparkPeople from friends and decided to give the site a try - I realized my nutrition and excersie choices need a change, and this site provides an easy, safe, friendly means of doing so.
