Make a small goal of some kind of fitness you love to do ..and do it until you achieve it. Then make another one ..ect
I started with walking, 1/2 mile a day, it took me a while to get it, but I achieved my goal.
I made another goal to walk 1 mile..I just kept achieveing each goal.
Each goal you achieve the better your journey will be, the better you will feel about yourself.
Never give up..keep on Sparking.
