Make a small goal of some kind of fitness you love to do ..and do it until you achieve it. Then make another one ..ect I started with walking, 1/2 mile a day, it took me a while to get it, but I achieved my goal. I made another goal to walk 1 mile..I just kept achieveing each goal. Each goal you achieve the better your journey will be, the better you will feel about yourself. Never give up..keep on Sparking. Good Luck with your journey
