I'm pats8e8 and I want to learn how to lose some weight safely. I'm in no big hurry, but would like to drop 30 lbs. My downer is exercise. I just can't get myself to do it. I even have a tread mill and an over the door pulley system. I'm not really sure how to use that one, other than just pulling on it. :) So I need reminders each and every day, someone to nag me, to get on that treadmill for at least 10 minutes daily.
