Welcome to the team, and good job with the getting outside to play in the snow. I'm sure we can manage a little nag when you need it to get you up on that treadmill or out that door for a little walk. Remember, every little bit helps, even if it's just getting away from the couch and kitchen.

Thank you all for the warm welcome and the encouragement. Here it is second day and I've not gotten on that treadmill yet. But we had snow last night and today and I did get out and walk around in it and play with our dog. And all of the Christmas goodies are gone so I'm not eating all that good junk now. :) I'll try that treadmill tomorrow, promise.

I'm pats8e8 and I want to learn how to lose some weight safely. I'm in no big hurry, but would like to drop 30 lbs. My downer is exercise. I just can't get myself to do it. I even have a tread mill and an over the door pulley system. I'm not really sure how to use that one, other than just pulling on it. :) So I need reminders each and every day, someone to nag me, to get on that treadmill for at least 10 minutes daily.
