Welcome to the team, and as far as suggestions, one of the things that helps me the most is journaling. Knowing how you feel at the time you decide to eat or not, exercise or not, or just what makes you stress can help you understand things about yourself and your habits that you didn't even realize you didn't understand. Not sure how it all happened, must have been in a black out for like 2 years.... I'm looking forward to getting to know everyone and start living a healthier life for me and my family. I'm married to a great guy and together we have 3 kids. I'm feeling pretty intimidated as my weight has reached an all time high and my motivation and all time low. Sugestions and inspiration is welcomed.
