Been on Spark for a while and have lost 38 pounds since April 2010. I reset things yesterday and they suggested this team, so here I am. I've met one goal and am just about to meet another one. Trying to decide what my next goal will be. Being on Spark has been such a help to me, I can't even begin to describe it. Being frugal and living simply is not something my kids are huge fans of, but my goal is to convince them that it is the way to go.
