My friend and I were discussing why most people don't take the time to take care of themselves..why we don't think that we are important enough...where to find and how to keep motivation to take care of ourselves. I then went to the bookstore and found "The Spark". I'm hoping that this does provide the answers and motivation that I need. I'm counting on you guys to help! :o)
