Welcome back! You will do it this time, just track everything you put in your mouth on the nutrition tracker. It has helped me lots. What I do though is I use it as a meal planner and that way, I stick to it and not go over my cals, fat, carbs, or protein! You can do this we are in it together!!! Hugs
