Welcome back! You will do it this time, just track everything you put in your mouth on the nutrition tracker. It has helped me lots. What I do though is I use it as a meal planner and that way, I stick to it and not go over my cals, fat, carbs, or protein! You can do this we are in it together!!! Hugs

I also have a desk job but I do the "Desk Workouts" from Spark and there help.

This time I'm going to be asking for help, I'm going to be marking my programs down. The exercise is a tuffy for me.
I'm usually to tired from work and make a lot of excuses. I do stretch 3 times a week. That's about it for now.
