Gyms are great, but the main thing is the discipline of having a set time to workout. At home there is a lot to do, so you just have to schedule your exercise time and stick to it. There are plenty of workout videos on here. Some can be done in 10 minutes.

I am a mom of 2, wife and full time college student! I have to be frugal and couponing is one of my favortie past times! I love to see how much I can save and how much I can get for as little as possible! In this case I want lots of weight loss and lots of exercise without all the cost of gyms!!
