Hi folks. I'm finding my weight is edging upwards at a faster rate now that I'm in my 40s. I'm always planning to go on diets and sometimes manage to lose up to half a stone but then revert to bad eating habits and the pounds slide back on. I want to beat the bulge this time though and go from my current weight of 10 stone 10lbs back down to my early adult weight of 8 stone 6lbs. More importantly, I want to tone my figure and feel fitter and more energetic so that I can get as much as possible out of life. I'm guessing this is why most people have joined this site. My other main goal is to try to be a better person and to make a positive difference to the lives of others and to the environment in which we all live.
