Hi, I'm Amber. I'm 22 and 177 lbs. I just started a full time job and I'm hoping that getting on a schedule will help me plan my meals better. I joined SparkPeople because I want support with weight loss. My friends and family don't really motivate me so I joined. I want to get to 142 by next August. Wish me luck!
