Hey all, I guess we all have a goal that we are trying to make or maintain. Its all about healthy lifestyle. I'm a 27 year old male from Trinidad & Tobago, working in the health care field. I am disgusted with my level of health and fitness, and decided that come 2011 its time for me to take charge. I have often join gym, paid for a month and in one instance paid for a year's membership and never went. If I do go it might be twice maximum. SO I really am hoping to get that motivation, encouragement and support to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
