Welcome to sp! I too am fairly new here. My biggest problem is, like you, loosing motivation! Hoping that by being active on SP I can keep my motivation high this time and succeed through and passed my goal. I also would like to loose around 90-120 pounds! Congrats on joining and starting again!

Hi Shona, Yes that is the trickiest thing of all. To change your life so that you lose the weight and keep it off for good for a healthier you. I have set myself a goal of losing 90lbs by June next year! The thing that worries me most is the prospect of trying to stay with a healthy eating plan from now on so I do lose the weight but then keep it off! Has anyone any bright ideas how to motivate oneself to do this??
