I just joined and am looking forward to finally losing the weight I put on in the last few years. I was always fairly trim and athletic until I got to my "middle years." (Need to shed about 40-50 lbs.) Anyway, it is very exciting to join the message boards and hear from others and their progress. We can do this!! Best wishes to all....
