One of the things that helped me was reading label ingredients -- when I saw how many things were unpronounceable and weird, I really got away from the junk food. Besides, that stuff is expensive! You are in the right place. Sp is one of the best. I know how you feel. I was able to do it and I know you can too. It is hard at first because you have to change your old habits. The best way is to cut out pictures and make a poster and hang it where you see it everyday. Add words to it that will give you a boost. So, when you look at it will remind you of your goal.
