Hey everyone, My name is Shada and I am from Little Rock, AR. I have a wonderful husband as well as a beautiful 2 year old. After giving birth to her I got more curvy which I love. I just want to lose the belly fat, and have slimmer tummy. So hopefully I can learn some things from you all. Thanks

Hello all! I'm Ananda from Brazil, which means I come from a culture where curvaceous body is actually the norm. Even when considering the famous Brazilian Victoria's Secret models, within their skinny twiggy world, they are actually curvy in comparison to most models. Anyway, I love my body right now and I know I'll love it even more when I reach my goal. I hope to find and share tips and tricks to make our body type look even more gorgeous! Good luck to us in this journey!

Greetings! I will start off by saying that I am a huge Beyonce fan which drew me to the group. I just had a baby girl in Dec and have over 50 lbs to lose since that surgery my husband keeps begging for me not to lose my curves so I hope to learn tips to keep them as I transition back to my normal size. I am excited, let's go...

Hi SP my name is Shar and as of today I am 29yrs old and is destined to make a physical/mental change. I've done so before in the past with yo-yo dieting and obviously withoout any knowledge or direction in keeping the weight off. Welp there is bound to be some changes this go round. With this site and the people on here to support me and vice versa that goal of mine of 160-170lbs seem a lot less difficult. Woot! Woot!

Greetings family! My name is Tameeka and I've been a member of SP for only 2 days, but I'm so in love with the program. The rewards (points, trophies, etc) keep me so motivated. It's similar to when I was doing Weight Watchers, only this is FREE!!!! God bless the hosts of this site for the revolution they have created. Anyway, my ultimate goal is to be thin, flexible and energetic. My goal weight is 180lbs....with 3 specific goals to get me from where I am now to that destination. I'm so glad I found this group....I LOVE MY CURVES....hips & behind "run" in my family and I take great pride in it....it's sexy to me....and I see the potential body image I could have when I lose the weight in my legs, back, arms and stomach. Watch out now! ;)

Hi I'm Ebony and I've been with SP for a year but have struggled to remain consistent with my workouts and logging in (the app just isn't the same, you know?). I was searching for teams and buddies to help inspire and motivate me and this is great. I definitely want to be healthy and fit but don't want to lose too much booty or boobs. lol My overall goals are to become consistent with exercising, working up to the ability to do 30-45minutes 5 times a week. Starting off small with a goal of 10-20minutes a day to get in the habit. I want to lose about 40 lbs and increase strength and endurance. Along with healthy eating, I plan to do HIIT intervals, walk, Wii, and various DVDs to vary my routines to prevent boredom. Hope to gain more fit buddies to share our experiences and encourage each other!

Hello everyone! My goal is to be healthier, I want to not hate stairs, it would also be nice to not wear through the inner thigh part of my pants quite so quickly. I want to lose a grand total of approximately 100 pounds but it is less overwhelming for me to think in smaller increments. Good luck on your journeys and hope to chat. Cheers!

Hi my name is Michelle and I been a member of SP for about 3 weeks now. My main goal is to live a healthy lifestyle of healthy eating and physical activity on a regular basis. I use to be really active in college and in my early 20s but the past year I had a lot of personal issues that occurred and needed my attention more than I thought my physical health. Newly engaged, I'm hoping to slim down for my wedding next summer and get myself physically ready to carry a child. I'm starting at 235 so I have a long way to go but I'm determined not to give up!

At first, I joined SP because I wanted to try it out. I knew I was overweight but I didn't know how much until I bought a scale the day I joined (after I'd already signed up) and found out I was over 200. I've never weighed that much, not even when I was pregnant. My husband didn't believe it because my figure hides it. I'm nervous about going all the way down to the recommended SP goal (140 lbs.) because I don't want to lose my curves... just refine them. But I really do need to lose some weight. I hope to lose at least 40 lbs. I may do the whole 70 but we'll see how it goes.
I'm thrilled to find SparkTeams like this one. Looking forward to participating!

Hi everyone!! Hope you all are having a good day! I'm here to lose a total of 35 lbs.... Lost ALMOST 15 so far... (ugh, okay, 13) since the end of January. I feel like this could have been a much quicker process if I actually kept myself from the extra cookie or the slice of cheese (cheese is my weakness) that I couldn't resist. I am a definite curvy girl and no amount of weight loss will change that! :) Looking forward to getting to know you all and hopefully that will make me be more accountable.

Hello team! I'm Eboni and I'm new to this group and SP. I have different goals than most here. I am not overweight, but I am out of shape. I am the same and maybe less weight now than when I was in shape, but I'm all flab and soft. I have lost all muscle and tone. I also get out of breath going upstairs in my home. I also have zero desire to do anything related to exercise. Last night my thinking changed, and I am looking for some motivation to get off my butt and move! So, here I am. I would also like to find better ways to cook and snack. Because I don't have a weight problem, my eating habits are awful and one of my boys is following my footsteps....Picky Eater! My hubby is trying to lose weight and it would be helpful if I could cook healthier for all of us. I appreciate all input.

New to the team, I lost 40lbs last year easily by watching my diet and starting to run, but I hit a plateau about 6 months ago and need some more inspiration to get me to my goal. 40lbs more lbs to go but I know I'm on the right track. I also love my curves and hope I never lose my sexy figure.
Hi, I am new to the team. I used to have a great body but life just starting going and I lost my body. Now that I am losing weight I want to get my body (and my booty) back. I have lost 40 pounds and want to lose 40 more.

Hi all! I'm new on the team and I got boo-tay and curves, for days, lol! I've lost weight before (kind of accidentally, long story...) but what I HATED is that the first thing to go was my butt! I was so mad at my body. So now, although I'm working HARD to lose weight and be healthy, keeping my curvy figure (especially my bootyliciousness, that i love so much) is a top priority. right up there with being healthy!

Hello Fellow Bootylicious Friends, I am new to everything here at Sparkle!!! I'm not new to loosing weight thought! I am still learning my way around the boards and kinda confused on how to may it work. Like how does everyone get a weight tracker on their site??? I want one!
Anyways, I need to loose about 50 pounds to be at a healthy weight for my frame. I am doing the Food Lovers Fat Lost system and it is great!!! I don't feel the pressure of being on a diet because I should never get hungry. If I do get hungry that is really a bad sign and it means that I am in the FAT STORING mode and not the FAT LOST mode which is where I want to be everyday all day. So i have to eat every 2-3 hrs. and it has to be sensible but there is so much leeway that you can cheat and still be in fat lose mode.
I love it because I don't have to panic because I'm hungry. I have to keep snacks on me at all times and drink lots of water.
So far I've lost 8 lbs. and reduced my body fat by 2.75% and gain .5% in lean body mass. (if I figured it right)
I'm happy to be here I am very curvy always has been even at my skinniest!!! Happy loosing!!!

I've all ways been curvy more so in the bottom area I know no matter how much weight I lose I'll always be PHAT!!! lol And I'm happy about that too :) In my opinion there is nothing sexy about an iron board figure

I am not new to SP but I have just very recently kicked into gear and started paying more attention to it. Up until I hit 33, I was very active and could eat whatever I wanted so you can imagine what bad eating habits I had. The pounds crept on slowly and began getting closer and closer to 200. Let me just say I do not want to be “skinny”; I want to rid myself of horrible eating habits and develop a healthy lifestyle and of course a smaller waist won't hurt! I didn’t gain the weight over night so I’m pretty patient with it coming off a little at a time.
I am a member of several teams and always looking for new/interesting ones; not all of them post often and I believe you can never have too many supporters! I have always had and always will have a booty and I am more than okay with that. I have always felt sorry for women who have none; not to be mean but it just looks rather odd not to have anything back there!
Everything we do in life is a choice...I choose to get fit & healthy.

Hello My name is Shawna and I am new to this team. I joined because I'll never be a size 3 and that's one of the things I love about myself. I do need to lose the "extra" that I have but hope to have it off by next year. I work full time & volunteer so I have some time. I want to be healthier because it's time for me to take care of myself. One of my goals is that I want to go back to school, but I don't want to be plus size when I do. If I learn healthier goals now, I'll be better able to maintain the weight when I'm at school.

I'm Kim, and I'm quite curvy :) And proud of it! I love my curves, usually. I'm 25, live in Georgia, work full-time, going to grad school, and have a crazy family (not hubby and kids, mothers, siblings, etc.) that causes me a lot of stress - but I'm learning that if I don't take care of me, I won't be able to take care of them (and that maybe I need to NOT take care of them, that one is harder).
I'm hoping that this group can help me with some of my stranger body issues, since we're all curvy - others just don't understand! (And I may be odd anyway, probably).

I'm curvaceous and proud of it. And I'd better be! At 59, I think I finally get it that I'm not ever going to be my 25-year-old "waif-y" self again -- so I might as well love what I got!
