Good for you! My first (in July) was also a Sprint distance... and I had a great time. Hope you do, too... the sense of accomplishment and joy is emoticon . Train well. Finish with a smile on your face!

Hi all,

Just a little line to note that I'm just so really happy to have found this Spark Triathletes. I'm a dreamer, but I intend to reach this level of fitness and to quench this nagging desire to participate "for real." Looking forward to getting to know you a little better over time and hope to be actively involved as much as I can. Getting healthy involves a real time commitment, and much of my effort will be concentrated on what goes on in the kitchen, at the dinner table, plus gaining a real sense of balance between rest and strenuous outdoor activity. Glad that we have found each other on this journey!

Cheers, Rocky.
