Hi there! Getting up off your butt and moving is a personal thing! Just think of how good you will feel after you are done AND while doing it!!!
As for cravings! What worked for me (not saying this is what you have to do) is cut wheat out of my diet. AND refined sugars. ok.. so I cut ALL grain out of my diet, no legumes, lots of veggies, protien and moderate fat. I even eat fruit daily, I just stick to berries. I eat some nuts (though I've restricted myself for the next few weeks) and seeds!
After a week of eating this way, ZERO cravings. I've lost my desire to snarf piles of sweets down my throat. My body has stopped hurting all the time, My inflammation is down to almost nothing and in general I feel amazing.

I have never felt better.
