Don't forget your low back strengthening exercises as well! If you only exercise the front of your body, the stronger muscles (your abs) will pull you forward and out of alignment. I'm a massage therapist, and I have several clients who suffer from low back pain partially for this reason.

Okay, so I look like I have a horrible back injury, but its only because I can't move my middle!!! I just got "Navel Power" from Ana Brett and Ravi Singh and it is the best ab workout I have ever done. It is kundalini yoga, if you are familiar with that practice... Lana, I know you are. Its very different from most yoga practiced in gyms. Anyways.. I love it, my abs hate it, but they will thank me when they look fab!!!
