Hi all, I just thought I would introduce myself. I am new to Sparkpeople but not new to fitness. My husband (then boyfriend) introduced me to weight training when I was 19 (a number of years ago

). Just recently though I have seen the most progress and look forward to being stronger and looking leaner. I just reached a personal goal of being able to do a chin up (palms facing me) and now look forward to the day that I can do a pull up (palms facing out).
I am always open to hearing what people have found that helps them. I am by no means an expert, and look forward to learning from all of you.
