Thanks for the warm welcome everyone. I normally wouldn't be doing so much in a row but that's just the way the schedule plays out this year. I usually do the one show in October but my sister talked me in to doing the NPC show as well. She's going to be competing in the figure competition and I'll be doing the bodybuilding. The bench and deadlift thing in November is pretty much just for fun, a friend of mine has been training me in competition bench press so I'm just doing it to see what I can do. To stay in contest form for the two back to back bodybuilding shows I'll just have to go right back onto the pre-contest diet after the first show instead of the traditional after contest binge. I don't think it will be too hard but we'll find out!
Welcome! And good luck on your upcoming events. Wow! Three competitions right in a row, is that typical? I have read that competitiors will have back to back competitions to avoid the after affects that comes after competing.
The goal is to be healthy, strong and happy. God gave us one body, so we have to take care of it (DA)
Hello everyone, I am getting ready to do two bodybuilding shows in October. One on Oct 4th and another on Oct 18th. Both are "natural" drug tested shows. I'm also competing in the WABDL bench press and deadlift national championships in November in Las Vegas.
