Hello everyone my name is Rodney. I am 48 years young and have been working out for about a year and a half now. I lost quite a bit of weight last year but gained it all back so hopefully this year will be better for me. I hope to learn how to eat those stupid carbs in the right amounts. I also hope to learn more here on this team about working out as well. I have a pretty good routine I like but I sure am getting bigger! If you need a spark buddie feel free to add me.

Hi, I don't know how many females there are in the "bodybuilding" category, but I am relieved to find a group that is serious about fitness. :-) That sounds wrong, but many of you know what I'm talking about. I've been into weight training for three years, but my trainer recently disappeared and I'm kind of floundering for some kind of focus. HI all! I am new as of right now and looking forward to being apart of the group. I only do light weight training as of now due to a back/hip injury. I also struggled with losing weight while gaining muscle back in Nov/Dec.

It is my goal to lose about another 15 lbs and then it's time to pack on 10-15 lbs of muscle! I can't wait to get back into serious lifting...I really miss it!

Hello,
I've read over some of the posts on this team, and I like what I see! So howdy!

I've been lifting for over 5 years. I got side-swiped by life this past December and lost a bit of my game, but now I'm starting to find my strength again.

Wanted to say that I am psyched because today I squatted 154 lbs. 2 sets of 8 reps. Someday, I'll be back at my all-time high of 180 lbs. barbell squat.

My focus is ridding myself of some body fat and getting my 16% back again (oh sweet September 2007). Back to carbs in the AM, lots of protein and intervals...

Hey... my name is Lory
My goal is to lose 40 pounds by june 25th..just in time for my vacation to lake powell....
I want to scult my body and drop my body fat %
By the end of this year I want my Body fat to be between 18 and 22%.....I know I can do it.....

I am in the process of recovering from surgery so my weight lifting is on hold until the 25th of feb...doctors orders...but I am trying to eat well and trim down mean while.

Hello my name is Ryan i am 24 years of age, 6'3, 247 lbs. I been trying to bodybuild for 2 years. I have been lifting weights for 5-6. I had a really good couple of months last year with weights and nutrition. my problem is that i am always amped up to lift heavy and workout, but i lose focus on the nutrition part. After a while i lose concentration. I had a bad year this year, so i got off of everything. I am starting to eat better and hitten the weights alot more. I am eager to share my experiences with everyone and trading secrets and motivating all of us to accomplish our challenges.
