And WOW just saw they are running a deal of the week special....$40.79 a gal. works out to .32 cents an ounce which is good for me the way I go through it! That is vs. the .94 cents per ounce at the health food store mentioned below.

Here's a helpful tip for this site PW ... above the box you entered text there are SPELL CHECK, ADD A LINK and ADD AN EMOTICON buttons. When you want to ADD A LINK, click it and copy/paste your link into the space provided and so on. Makes it easier for us lazy fingers (or computer newbies who don't know how to copy/paste) to visit the link.

If you want to go back, you can always use the
left carrot, type the word LINK, then right carrot ...insert link address ... then close the link with another left carrot, forward slash, type the word LINK again, then right carrot. Hope that made sense.

Hi there, I'm so glad that this team has been created! I've been going non processed/minimally processed and have switched almost completely over to organic. I'm loving it! I love the way that I feel now. I've been using refined coconut oil for cooking and have definitely noticed a difference already. In combination with my transition over to non processed, I've lost like8 lbs in the last 3 weeks. I've heard soo much about the health benefits of coconut oil. I'm glad to see others on here that have switched also! :-)

I'm interested in any websites or tips that others may have. Two websites that I like are:

Both are pretty interesting!
