I would try to eat something on the way home (like a clif bar or a fiber one bar). Then eat something more regular when you get up.

Are you able to eat while you work? If so maybe some small snacks during the night so you aren't so starving when you get off. Otherwise maybe have a small smoothie or protein drink instead of a full blown meal.

I work nights and when I get off in the mornings I am hungry but I am also tried and want to go to sleep but if I eat, I don't want to go to sleep right away, but as soon as I eat, I can't keep my eyes open. Should I just lay down without eating then when I get up, I really hungry then so I just eat hatever I see. Any suggestions?
