Hi my name is Susan and I am sick and tired of being a yoyo in my own world. For once I would like to lose weight and keep it off. I feel like i do not have a healthy relationship with food, and make exuses at time to eat what I should not be. I know better I have done it before, but why do I continue to go through the same cycle. I just want to be healthy and stay at a healthy weight. What am I doing wrong here???
