Hello! I am a healthy lady who works out hard 3 days a week but can't get the scale to move. I am 5'3" and weigh 168. I am about the same weight as I was before I started working out 2 years ago. I was down to 153 but have gone back up. I log my food and realize I eat too much at night but my caloric intake is 1500 per day usually. I hate not beating this. I am determined to conquer this. Help
