Welcome to Spark! It is a great program with a very supportive community. The biggest motivation for me is to remind myself why I'm doing this. Keep a picture of your dad or something that reminds why you decided to take up this healthy lifestyle journey. I you follow the program it is in stages so it doesn't get overwhelming. Good luck!

Hey there! I am new to this. I am 26 years old and I want/need to become healthier. I see what my dad went through as far as eating unhealthy and not exercising and I do not want to become like that. I am kinda overwhelmed on what I should be doing and where to start. But, I think I took the first step. The only thing I am worried about is the motivation.
