Seek out teams that share your interest, introduce yourself and start participating. Spark will help you create your goals both short term and long term. The most important thing to remember is that it is a lifestyle change and not a temporary diet. Change is often scary but be open to the experience and do your best.

This is all very new to me. My name is Tammy and I've lived in a small town in Northern Illinois all my life. I've very recently quit WW. Have been w/them for over 2 years. I've lost 85 pounds. I was feeling very stagnant and needed a change in my life in regards to loosing weight. Not really near my goal weight with them so I'd like to continue to loose some more. This site was suggested to me and from what I've seen, it's very interesting. I just don't know what to do next and I'm feeling a bit of guilt quitting WW. 2 years is a long time to be with a program. A change was needed though so here I am. Not sure of an exact goal. I just know I want to loose more. I need to get over the fear I'm going to gain back what I've lost. That is my biggest fear.
