I'm 47 and live with my long time boyfriend and our two cats, Toby and Precious. ! I'm about 50 lbs overweight and I need to lose not only for myself but for those who have to transfer me to the bathtub, car, and so on. You see, I was born without arms and only partial legs. Therefore, exercise is difficult for me. I quit drinking pop a month ago. I'm trying to drink more water, but I don't think Im losing much weight. Looking for suggestions and support!
