The best thing that I can tell you is to just work through the different stages. There are things at each stage that are going to work for you and some that aren't . If something isn't working, stop. You may want to come back to it later, but don't be afraid to stop something.

I am a 49 year old male. I weight 230 lbs and want to get to 180 lbs. I lost my job almost a year ago and had no luck finding a new one. I know I am depressed because I eat more than I should and I am mostly dormant eating watching TV, I am getting help for depression but some of the meds make me gain more weight. I suffer from migraines very ogten about 15 a month. If anyone out there can write me with suggestions I would be greatful. Thanks so much.
