My name is Kara, I am 19 years old and I have been trying to lose weight for a while, and I am still trying to find ways on how to lose weight and keep it off. I fail each time. I am 5'5" and I weigh 273 pounds. My overall goal is to lose 130 pounds. I need as much motivation and tips as I can get. Any tips would be great. I love the site so far. It seems very helpful.
