Today I decided to pick the truth, stop being mean to myself and give my self a chance to be the best that I can be...on any level! I am fat and unhappy...I just carry all of that in a good way:). I know why...because I eat too much, I snack at night and the more I wanted to stop, the more I eat. I was so ignorant once! Never had problems with the weight until I gave birth to my daughter and realize that I gain 60 lb!! She is almost seven, and I never lost that:). I moved to America, 17 years ago from Europe, and gained 70 lb....Here, I said it! Being honest and ready to change that. I have to...for my self, for my daughter! I am so tired of dropping weight, than gaining again, so sick of stuffing myself when I am not hungry and thinking how I'm going to start tomorrow, fresh. I have to make a change, I want to make that change and I will give myself that gift...to be free, because until now, I felt trapped! So, here I am...positive, HONEST, and ready to go! Tomorrow is finally here:)))
