Hi everyone! Brand new to SparkPeople, but I have heard great things about the support and tools on this site. I'm 25 years old, and work night shift as an RN at the local hospital. I'm not new to weight loss, health, or fitness; been trying to lose the extra 60 pounds I've been carrying around since I was about 15! I have new motivation to lose weight and get healthy; I just quit smoking about a week ago, and am not wanting to gain any extra weight! I feel like the support of members of a website like this is just what I need to keep me on track. I want to lose at least 20 pounds before the year is over, and hopefully be at my goal weight of 150 by my 27th birthday next August 2013!
