Hi everyone..I am a mom of a 2 year old and a 2 month old. I am currently 195 pounds and looking to lose 40-50 pounds. I think my best way of achieving this is not to look that far ahead and take it a few pounds at a time, so that way I don't get too frustrated. I know it will take more hard work and dedication than I might feel I have, but hopefully with good family and support from all of you, we can do this together!! Wish me luck and looking forward to reading about all of your successes as well!!
