Welcome! I know a lot of people who have just made dietary changes and had a lot of success losing weight. The exercise will come when you want to see more and more results. Spark is a great program that starts you out slowly making lifestyle changes. At first it may seem like a lot of work tracking your food etc. but believe me it's worth it. So I have tried every known diet out there. I either get bored with the food, hate figuring points, and exercise just is not my thing. Yes I know exercise is the key to weight loss and health living. So I am going to try again to get motivated. I figure doing something is better than doing nothing at all.
