Tracking your food is only time consuming for about the first week. Once you get your favorites set up (cause let's be honest, we eat pretty much the same things) it's point and click. Take the time to do it. It's worth the effort. You can do it while you are watching TV.

Thank you so much! It is a little time consuming but I could start replacing being on here instead of watching TV like I am now. The tracking the food is beyond what I can do right now, but I am good once I start but I do need the physical challenges, so I will be sure to join those.

Welcome! That's the good thing about Spark People and it's members, they are all very supportive. My suggestion is to seek out teams with your interests and get active, post on the boards and join challenges. The best way to get support is to be supportive of your fellow team members. Good luck!

I am excited to be a part of Spark People on line. I will enjoy getting to know all of you and look forward to reaching my goals with all of you. I am looking to lose about 110 pounds. I can do the diet and exercise but need help with support and accountability.
