Welcome to Spark! It is a great program full of very supportive people. Seek out teams with your interests and post. The people here have a way of keeping you motivated. Good luck with your goals!

I am not sure if I should have started a new topic (or just add on to an existing), but I did start a new topic sooooo here I go!
So, well, I have recently started to get back to my "roots"; therefore, my passions!
I have gained way too much weight over the years as I once lost all motivation. I was a "jock"! Then one day after a car accident...I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis at the age of 23 when I decided to go to college. I couldn't even pick up a pen and therefore couldn't play any college sports initially intended (btw.. a college just happened to call me weeks before this accident) nor go after that dream that one coach said she thought I could do, which was play volleyball in the olympics. Plus, I gave up my long goal from 6th grade, which was to become an architect.
Okay, enough whining as I think that may sound like it. I think I am more trying to tell myself where I was and how far, after just a couple of weeks, into following my passion and what I don't want to turn away from again!!
So, this, 37 year old woman, has come back or forward, whichever way you want to look at it! I can pick up the dang pen (well for many years now), I can walk for a bit without having to hold on to something, and I can even ride my bicycle again. The awesome thing is...that of the 6 days planned, per week, to do something...I have successfully done so! Even when I was out of my area!!
Well, I have no idea what else to say...
