I am 42 and I am ready to take control of my weight, life and well being. I woke up and looked in the morror and really didn't like what I saw. I gained weight from medication and have it has really been hard to get it off. I had a million excuses. But now It feels strange but good to be able to get back to my daily spead walks without dizzyness. And I have started eating better and it feels better when I move around. I am not so sluggish and drained. No pop, coffee no for two weeks and I can't beleive the difference. I am confident that I will do it and stay on track!
