Hi members, I have been trying to meet my ultimate weight loss goal for quite sometime now. I am 28 yrs old and 5ft even. I am able to stay quite on task with my excercise routine, but as far as my eating plan, its a roller coaster! I have been the same size for about 3 years now. The numbers aren't changing. I know that my eating is the MAIN issue I have that is getting in the way of my weight loss goals. I joined Sparkppl because I wanted motivation on maintaining a healthy eating routine that won't ever get boring. I need an eating plan that works for me. I know its a lifestyle change for me if I want to really see the results, its just doing it and being able to control my eating and being happy with what I eat is important to me. My first goal is to try to work on my prep for meal planning from the website. Any suggestions are welcome! Thanks, whitt84
