I am focused on me in a keely different way and I am looking forward to how this shift is going to support my health, fitness, and weight loss goals.
This time I am doing it for all the right reasons.... You know, the top four on the doctor's list (improve my overall health, reduce stress, release tension, prevent medical conditions that are weight-related) and a few of my own (restored self-image, increased satisfaction with my personal appearance, increased stamina).
My goal is to lose a minimum of 92 lbs by Dec 31, 2012... It may seem a bit lofty at first, but it is definitely a practical goal.
267 days (or 8 months & 23 days) from start to finish... but who's counting? Let my journey to restoration begin!
