I'm new to this online weightloss program. I'm a former marathon runner/runner in general. I have recently put on 10lbs due to new medicine. I would like to get back to my goal weight of 127-130. That's where I am the best weight for my build (5'2' and muscular). I do not have a problem with fitness, but I tend to like easy stuff for meals. Any help with meal plans or even fitness plans I have not tried yet would be great! Thanks!
