Hi Jovita! Welcome to Spark. This is a great online community with a lot of helpful people. I tend to like easy stuff for meals also. I'm a huge salad nut. I do get a little more creative on the weekends when I have more time. Good luck with your goals!

I'm new to this online weightloss program. I'm a former marathon runner/runner in general. I have recently put on 10lbs due to new medicine. I would like to get back to my goal weight of 127-130. That's where I am the best weight for my build (5'2' and muscular). I do not have a problem with fitness, but I tend to like easy stuff for meals. Any help with meal plans or even fitness plans I have not tried yet would be great! Thanks!
